Service Description

This 2 and half course offers a introduction to making fresh pasta. You will learn about flours and different types of pasta. Its hands on and you will make your own fresh egg tagletelli and raviollo. A demostration of machine made pasta and how to make seasonal pesto such as wild garlic in spring and almond oragne and mint in summer and a simple puntensca sauce. Lunch (pasta) is provided along with wine and fresh garden salad.You will leave with the pasta you have made, recipe sheets and the insperation to make your own fresh pasta at home.
