About the Recipe
This winter salad can be prepared in less than half an hour.

Ingredients
1 small butter nut squash or any other small squash
100 g rocket
Extra virgin olive oil
10 Fresh sage leaves
1 head of garlic
25g of pine nuts
50 ml hazelnut oil
1/2 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the squash, removce the seeds and cut the squash into mouth managble segmants put in a roasting tray, add the sage, a good drizzle of olive oil salt and ground pepper. Mix together
