How it works

• Tickets are bought in advance, only through our website. We can't take reservations but do hold a wait list. Our cancellation terms are below.

• Due to the nature of the food we cook and the kitchens we cook in, which are NOT allergen free, we're sorry we cannot cater for any specific allergies. Our set menus always include dishes for vegetarians, who are cooked for with equal gusto, while we are unable to accommodate any other specific diets.

• Everyone dines together in a communal way at shared tables. If you want to be put together in a group, please just leave a comment at checkout and we'll very likely be able to meet your request.

• Please be seated and ready to dine at the time shown online.

• Regarding alcohol, some events are BYO and some are bar only. Please see ticket info for details.

• Please note our opening and closing times, which we like to stick to. Behind the scenes, there is lot of tidying up!

• Menus may change due to the availability of ingredients. We source fresh for each event, so the weather and working with very small producers (including ourselves!) means sometimes things just don't happen quite the way we planned.

• If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know 72  hours before the event and we will offer you a full refund. After 72 hours, we can only offer a refund if we are able to re-sell your ticket(s). If you can't come at the last minute, please do let us know so we don't lay up a place for you.

• Details about parking etc will be sent prior to the event.

I have cooked professionally on and off for over 40 years cookery is heavily influenced by French, Italian, Spanish and Southern Mediterranean food cultures, with some modern twists. Expect great taste and big flavors, quality ingredients and local provenance. We don't do foams, pea shoots or whipped butter!
