One plate, four folks - demonstration and tasting

A very special chef's demonstration and tasting session, where just four people gather round our kitchen island as Martin prepares and cooks three seasonal inspired dishes to taste. Chef insights and tips can be picked up along the way, with lots of opportunity to talk and and ask questions.
