Let's make three delicious desserts for Christmas

This half day workshop, for just four people, is a mixture of hands on experience and demonstrations. You don't need to bring anything, as all the equipment and ingredients are provided, but an apron and Tupperware-type box to take home what you have made would be a good idea. Morning refreshments are provided. You will leave with what you've made, recipes and the confidence to recreate three delicious desserts at home. One of these will be demonstrated by Martin and with the opportunity of course for you to taste!

We will cover making:

• Pear and almond tart (hands on)

• Tiramisu (hands on)

• Tarte tatin (demonstration)

Access note: There is a small step up from the road onto the path to our front door and a small step down into the hallway, then level access to the kitchen dining room. The toilet is on the first floor, up a straight 12-tread carpeted staircase with handrails on both sides.
